We have been learning how to draw circuit diagrams in science. To help us remember the circuit diagram symbols, we played a game using post it notes. The class had to describe the symbol using scientific vocabulary. We enjoyed it so much that we are going to play it again next week!
This week, we are building our confidence in maths by exploring a range of ‘low threshold, high ceiling’ activities. Today, we tried to find all of the numbers between 1 and 20 using four 4s and a range of operations. We introduced brackets and also learnt about factorials. We were so impressed by everyone’s determination to find answers to questions that even Mrs Combes (who loves maths!) found challenging. Well done!
